Subscription Terms

Effective 3 November 2026 · Version 2026-11-03

These terms set out how an e-Rice subscription is priced, billed, renewed and cancelled, in one place. They form part of our Terms of Service; if the two ever differ, the Terms of Service apply.

1.Plans and prices

e-Rice Premium is priced per user per month. The price depends on the business level you choose and on the country of your business:

  • Businesses in Pakistan: Broker PKR 2,000, Trader PKR 3,000, Small Company PKR 5,000, Private / Public Limited PKR 8,000 per user per month, with no limit on the number of users.
  • Businesses outside Pakistan: Broker USD 120, Trader USD 150, Small Company USD 200, Private / Public Limited USD 500 per user per month, always charged in US dollars. Online orders are for 1 to 25 users; larger teams are quoted in writing.

All prices exclude taxes. Any sales tax on services that applies is added to the bill, and a customer who must withhold tax from a payment to us bears that tax, as set out in section 3 of the Terms of Service.

2.Billing period

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly, in advance. There is no annual plan and no free trial.
  • Before you pay, the order form shows the number of users and the monthly total, and you agree to that exact amount.
  • Users added later are charged at the same rate. A change of business level takes effect from the next month you pay for.

3.Ways to pay

  • In Pakistan: bank transfer (IBFT or Raast) into our account, or a debit or credit card through Safepay, either as a one-time payment for one or more months or with auto-renew.
  • Outside Pakistan: a card through Paddle, our reseller and Merchant of Record, which renews automatically each month.

Card details are entered on the payment provider’s own secure page. We never see or store your card number.

4.Auto-renew by card in Pakistan

  • Auto-renew is off unless you turn it on by ticking the box that says so, on the order form or under Settings, Billing.
  • When it is on, the monthly bill shown to you is charged to your card through Safepay at once and then on the same date every month, until you turn it off. Safepay emails you a receipt for each charge.
  • If the number of users or the price changes, we ask you to turn auto-renew on again for the new amount. We never charge a different amount without your agreement.
  • You can turn auto-renew off at any time under Settings, Billing, or by emailing us from your account email. It stops the next charge, and you keep access until the end of the month already paid for.

5.Payments that do not renew by themselves

A bank transfer or a one-time card payment covers the months paid for and does not renew on its own. We remind you before the paid period ends. To continue, pay the next month in advance; to stop, simply do not pay, or tell us.

6.Failed or late payments

If an automatic card charge fails, Safepay may try it again. After three failed attempts the auto-renew ends by itself, and you can pay again from Settings, Billing. If a month is not paid when it falls due, the workspace has a short grace period and may then be suspended until the account is brought up to date. Your data is kept as described in section 10 of the Terms of Service.

7.Price changes

We will tell you by email at least 30 days before a new price applies to your next renewal, so you have time to cancel if you do not wish to continue.

8.Cancellation

You can cancel at any time by turning off auto-renew, by emailing info@cobitx.com from your account email, or, for Paddle orders, through the link in your Paddle receipt. Cancellation stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period already paid for. Apart from the cases in our Refund Policy, the rest of a period is not refunded or pro-rated.

9.Refunds

Your first payment carries a 14-day money-back guarantee. Later payments are refunded in the cases set out in the Refund Policy. Card refunds go back to the card that was charged.
