Delivery Policy

A subscription gives your business its own e-Rice workspace, with the modules included in the business level you chose and as many user sign-ins as you pay for. The features of each level are listed on our pricing section.

Nothing physical is shipped. There are no shipping or courier charges, no software to post and no installation visit. The Service is delivered online only.

Two things are needed before your workspace is activated:

• your first payment, confirmed by Safepay, Paddle or our bank; and
• your email address, confirmed through the link we send you after you sign up.

Once both are done, we activate your workspace, usually within one working day, and email you when it is ready. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Pakistan. There is no free trial.

• You sign in at erice.pk with the email address and password you chose when you signed up.
• It works in any current web browser on a computer, tablet or phone. On a phone it can also be added to the home screen as the e-Rice app.
• The owner of the workspace can then add the other users the subscription pays for, under Settings, Team.

When a renewal payment is received, access simply continues; there is nothing new to deliver. If a payment is late or fails, the rules in our Subscription Terms apply.

If your payment and email are both confirmed and your workspace is not active within two working days, email info@cobitx.com or message us on WhatsApp at +92 345 468 0844 with your business name and the payment reference. If we cannot deliver the Service to you, the payment is refunded in full under our Refund Policy.
